contact form not working

  • ma wordpress website’s contact form is not working..the theme has a default contact us template, it does not submit the emails when the forms is filled.i have tried using some contact form plugins like cformsII and contact form 7 but the two also did not work..i really need help here please..

    Just because of Hosting only if your page is working on local then problem is on server.

    is there any config from the theme?
    ‘Cuz LOOKS like it’s working.
    I’ve sent one, so, I think the problem is that you don’t receive, right?
    If this is the problem, maybe is some config about contact, or the e-mail on the general settings of WP is wrong OR your hosting.
    Did you tried just the default form of contact 7? Maybe something is missing, IDK..

    the hosting disable email function , so You should use SMTP plugin insteed, you can search in Google !

    If you do not want to use any extra plugin for your contact form please check with your hosting provider if the phpmail function is enabled on server or no.

    The problem is that wp uses wp_mail, which almost never works on nowadays hostings. Sigh, sadly but true.
    What I did, is just modded the wp_mail, replacing with simple mail() function, and that worked like a charm.
    Also you should make sure that the field from comes from your site’s domain, otherwise 99% of hosting provides will block it right away.
    Additionally you want to check your headers, and tune them accordingly to your server, so that it accepts your mail.
    In my experience, I found support for my web-hosting useful for resolving this issue with emails.

    Hello
    Our Contact us form on our website used to work and now it does not! The emails never reach us. I’ve tried a different plug in, I’ve tried redoing the contact us page and I’ve tried having it send to a different email address but none of that works. I’ve contacted our host, ANhosting and they say it is on the side of wordpress. Any help would be really amazing. Our website is https://www.westerncanadianadventures.com
