[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Breadcrumb is displaying wpurl, instead of siteurl

I am having an issue where the HOME part of the breadcrumb is linking to the wordpress url (the directory where I have wordpress installed) instead of my site url.
So in other words, my site url is: https://www.mysite.com
I have wp installed in the directory: https://www.mysite.com/blog
HOME should be pointing to the former, but it points to the latter.
The old Yoast breadcrumbs do not have this problem on my site. Any suggestions?
