Validation Error in Letterhead theme only

  • Got a question on this. When using the Letterhead theme I get this error.

    ———ERROR message
    Sorry, I am unable to validate this document because on line 281 it contained one or more bytes that I cannot interpret as utf-8 (in other words, the bytes found are not valid values in the specified Character Encoding). Please check both the content of the file and the character encoding indication.

    Of course the Default theme validates fine. My problem is that I have no idea which document the line 281 above refers to.

    Remove that line and see what happens ?

    utf-8 doesn’t like your copyright symbol
