[Plugin: Contact Form 7] CF 3.2.1 broken on WP 3.4.1

To be clear, I’ve copied and pasted the EXACT shortcode, so that isn’t the issue … has anyone else encountered this?

I’m having this exact same issue as well. Where my forms were working perfectly previous to WP 3.4.1 anc CF 3.2.1 and now after WP update to 3.4.1 it is producing the 404 errors.

I’ve downgraded to CF3.1.1 (WP 3.4.1) and forms are working again … can download CF 3.1.1. from here:
