Blank white page after db update

  • Localhost is complete blank white page after I updated my database. Old database does not work either. I have already tried the basic troubleshooting for this (disable plugins, etc.) Localhost was working fine until I tried updating. Error logs are empty.

    This is the only thing in the php error log that may be an issue
