Page Template Widget not displaying when creating/editing pages

  • When I go to create or edit my pages, the template widget normally in the bottom right corner is not displaying (where you choose your page template, if any).

    I viewed the “screen options” within the page but the only options are: Page Attributes, Custom Fields, Discussion, Comments, Slug, Author & Revisions..

    It was there and now it’s not. Any solutions for this? I can’t find any documentation on how to fix this..

    Any fixes/suggestions?
