[Plugin: Add New Default Avatar [Emrikol's Fork]] not showing the custom avatars

i’m using the plugin “co-authors-plus”.
in the custom meta box. on the post edit page in the adminpanel, it does not uses the custom avatars that was installed by “Add New Deafult Avatar”.
i can see only the gravatar picture if there is any, but not the custom avatars that was added localy.
it would be great to have this done.
