Adding rich Text Snippets

Im trying to add rich text snippets for products as per: https://schema.org/Product ) by coding via the editor in HTML view but it strips them out… ;(

Anyone know how to get around this ?

BTW while there are a couple of rich text snippet plugins these only seem to support reviews and contacts but not the broader range of product rich snippet items

Any and all suggestions appreciated
