• Help! Please I am requesting urgent assistance, my posts wont display under their selected category, and this poses a very tedious problem as my categories represent a concept of individual web pages.

The problem started when i tried to remove comments from my static home page to give it a less clustered look, I tried numerous attempts, one of which I deleted the <?php comments_template();?> from the “page template” and also replaced the <?php comments_template();?> with <?php hide/show_comments();?> in the “Main Index Template” and added some given code, when I saw it did nothing I took off the new code, replaced <?php comments_template();?> in its previous lines and put everything back to the way it was.

But now! i cannot see any of my posts, and when i try and post new posts they wont display.

    Please help!

    My site is getps3games.com
The categories are “best sellers, buy games etc…”

  • Try re-uploading a fresh copy of your unpacked theme’s folder to wp-content/themes using FTP.

Hey, i saw your response to having to sticking with just the one topic at a time, sorry if i miss look any of your rules.

I cannot find a fresh copy of the theme i used “gamelog”

Then there is isn’t a lot we can suggest – other than perhaps you need to consider hiring someone to sort this all out for you.

I have gone through the original theme’s code and everything is correct, can anyone suggest where else the problem may be rooted?

A very helpfull friend suggested it may be caused by some plug-ins, so am taking off a bunch of newly installed ones now.
