  • Hey there!

In looking at the site provided, it appears you’ve got 2 different forms on that page: The MailChimp embedded form along with the WordPress plugin.

If you’re wanting to edit the embedded form, your best bet is going to be using our quick CSS reference for the embedded form, from our Knowledge Base!

Anything you want to edit specifically, you’ll want to add to your site’s CSS file.

If you’re wanting to edit the plugin, the best thing to do is to use Firebug or Chrome’s built-in Developer Tools to isolate those specific classes or ids and add those to your site’s CSS file. There’s another thread on this board about some general ideas on how to edit the CSS for the plugin, here:

If there’s anything specific that we can assist with, please give us a shout!

    Cheers

I’ve added two instances (side bar and body of the page) of the sign up form on my page but want to edit the style of one of the instances…is it possible to do that without affecting the other.

    My page is here: https://www.themediahuddle.com/wp/about-tmh/join-the-huddle/

    Hey wpfspin!

Unfortunately, because both instances of the plugin use the same CSS ids and classes, changing one through CSS will automatically change both of them. While generally we don’t recommend setting up two forms on one page, you could try and test with MailChimp’s embedded form in conjunction with the WordPress plugin.

For more information on how to add the embedded form to your page, check out this link from our Knowledge Base:

How can I add my signup form to my website?: https://eepurl.com/gOGN

One thing to keep in mind, however, is that there are some (occasional) issues with the embedded form on some WordPress sites. If you have any other questions, though, don’t hesitate to give us a shout!

    Cheers
