Home page and menu problem

I will try to describe a s easy as possible.

I have a website, test.gatactical.com. When I go to the site it takes me to a page that I did not set up. Once I installed my theme and started to build my site, I created a home page. If you go to my site and click Home, that is what I created. The home page is also what I want to show when you go to my web address.

Is this possible? If not, how do I edit the page that test.gatactical.com goes to?
