[Plugin: User Meta] Searching user meta data

I’m evaluating plugins for this purpose:

I want to have a site where users register themselves with various fields about their skillset. I need to be able to have a custom search screen on the home page of my site to search their skillsets. I think I can store the skillsets in the user meta data but does it support searching?
