[Plugin: WP Spreadshirt] Cach or no cache?

Really like the idéa of your plugin, but – it seems to me that the plugin does not get updated with new content from my spreadshirt shop, as the RSS changes. Any idea why? And even better, how to make it update my wordpress representation of spreadshirt dynamically?!
