lost password – WP password reset not working

  • I had WP set up my girlfriend and she does not recall the password. I then request a new password and I get a long link to my e-mail to reset it. Every time I click on the link, I am brought to the log in and then get.

    “Sorry, that key does not seem to be valid”

    Any thoughts – please help.
