How to add a not wp group of page(webb app) in a wp website

  • I’ve got this problem. I developed my web app using jquery mobile and php.
    I’ve tried to make the redirect with a php script in the header but i can’t put the folder /mobile (every files about the web app, php pages, css, js are in there) anywhere else then my theme folder.
    Otherwise i got problem of too many redirections or something like this.
    Now, it’s actually working in this way but my url it isn’t really userfriendly because now i have https://www.mydommain.com/wp/wp-content/mytheme/theme/mobile.

    The question is, is there any other method to make working a redirect in another folder placed in the root? something like https://www.mydomain.com/mobile.
    Or is there any way to hide the url and show just https://www.mydomain.com?
