[Plugin: eShop] Help Setting up easy shipping

We are only shipping within the U.S. for now.
We have 4 products:
product 1 = 4 lbs.
product 2 = 6 lbs.
product 3 = 8 lbs.
product 4 = 10 lbs.We want to be able to charge each state accordingly. How can I set this up?
