[Plugin: Rich Text Excerpts] Improvements

Seems to be the only one plugin to add editor to the excerpt that works now. Thanks for it.
But my suggestions:
1. Need to add some admin-css to extend the editor to the entire page (<div class=”postbox-container” style=”width:100%;”> or something)
2. Need settings page of course
