There looks to be a bug in your theme.

Looks like the theme is from Church Themes, and they released a new theme version on 7/6 – that claims 3.4.1 compatibility: https://churchthemes.net/themes/antioch/

That’s the version I have, I updated it when I updated WordPress to 3.4.1.

Sorry, I downloaded the demo theme and took a quick look and I didn’t see what could be causing the code output. You will probably have the best luck with the ChurchThemes support, as they would know best (and should fix the bug for others).
