setting/general… added URL big mistake..help

My domain is https://www.frankharris99362.com hosted at globalNPN. It used to be when I accessed it the index would pop up and I would click on myblog which took me to wordpress and I could login to dashboard. Well I created a new page called HOME… I added that to the general settings for URL in both places. It changed my home directory and took down my site. HOW do I login to word or where do I find the file in cpanel of my domain using file manager, to take the word “home” off the end of the URL settings?
