Hi – I just installed Boxer and set up the first box set and box within the box set. When I added the shortcode, nothing appeared on my website. So I went back to try to view the URL for the box set I created and got a 404 for myurl/box-set/myboxname. Is this a permalinks issue, or is there a way to easily resolve this? I appreciate your help!

    Thanks,
    Aaron

Yeah, could definitely be a permalink issue. Just open Settings | Permalinks and try again (I’m guessin’ you already did this by now).

Good thought… I did try it. The /boxes/ directory (or whatever directory the plugin is supposed to create) didn’t work on my site. Oh well, I appreciate the feedback.

That’s OK – I found a different solution this time around. I appreciate it, though. If I implement it again in future and run into issue, I’ll for sure let you know. Thanks and have a great day!

    You’re welcome ??

    I had the same problem.

It was enough just to open Settings | Permalinks for the problem to be solved.

    Isn’t that strange?!
