[Theme: Blaskan] Favicon not showing in Firefox, works in IE and Chrome

New to Blaskan but not to WordPress. I use Blaskan 2.5 on WordPress 3.4.1. The favicon.ico does not show in Firefox, but does in Chrome and IE. What am I doing wrong?
