V3.4.1-Lost All Admin Access to Site w/Auto Upgrade

My website still exists, but I can not make any changes to the site while logged in as an administrator. I can’t access databases, widgets or plug-ins already installed on the site. Unable to use at all. Please help as soon as possible. All functionality of dashboard is down and new content can’t be created or posted.
