Looking for a header plug in for email sign ups..

Hello! I’m looking to add an email sign up at the top right hand side of this website: https://www.thesmithbrothers.com/

Ideally, I’d like it to be in the same position as it is on this site (this site isn’t WP) – in the top right hand corner: https://img140.imageshack.us/img140/1297/needemailsignuplikethis.png (anchoradvisors.com)

Does anyone know of a plugin I could use?

I was thinking maybe using HeadsUp Bar and have it link to a sign up for the newsletter page, but it’d be kind of tacky.

Any help is much appreciated! ??
