[Plugin: WP Lipsum] how can i set blog-demo type template

Hi,

I would like to know if there is a video tutorials on how to use the plugin? it says: “WP-Lipsum is a simple plugin for generating dummy text for your WordPress site” but as a nubbier i must say that I did not understand anything and did not know where to start.

I would like to set blog-demo template like, i am using suffusion theme, I like to learn on how I can use your plugin to archive the above template and maybe others too. Also, I paste [lipsum t=portfolio w=100 h=100] to my page editor and see the demo frames but how to add images and text on the frames or edit the .php files to have it on the page attribute I don’t know.
