[Plugin: PDW Media File Browser] wp-root" is not defined via $_GET

I get the same message.

yep – me too ?? Anyone have an idea for a fix?

into config.php add line below as I did.

/** WordPress Administration Bootstrap */
$_GET['wp-root'] = $_SERVER['DOCUMENT_ROOT'].'/';

And everything is working perfectly for WP 3.4.1

And CHMOD 777 cache folder
