Error: missed schedule

  • When I schedule a post for publishing at a later time it does not publish. The “All Posts” list shows under the scheduled time in red the message “Missed schedule.” What am I doing wrong?

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress.

    So it’s not the theme (coz both are acting up), I tried resetting the plugin folder and I tried deactivating all plugins. It happens with ALL POSTS. I just recently updated WordPress for one of the sites (it did this before the update too) so it’s not that either. Any other ideas?
