[Plugin: Custom Contact Forms] Rows of fields – Add/remove buttons/links

  • Hello, is it possible to include an add link next to a field and when pressed it will then show another duplicate field below? Thus the second row can then be added (to add a third row) or deleted to take it back to one row.

    Hope that makes some sense. Basically I want a form where users can list one or multiple items. Any help is greatly appeciated.

    I have a need for such functionality also for insurance purposes. For example I can create an auto insurance questionnaire/form with four drivers and four vehicles. What happens if there are six drivers.

    On the user side… when they get to the point of needing the other two rows.. is there a method where they can click on an icon to add row for another driver. Same for vehicles if more than four?
