Some blank pages – permalink problem?

    I still haven’t fixed it. Does anyone have any ideas?

    I am having this same problem, the main blog page doesn’t show up anymore at all, I have moved the directory, deleted database and .htaccess and started again but still no front page. When I first installed there was no proble until I decided to edit the default ‘Uncategorized’ category to a new name. The admin area still works though. Anyone got an idea? I do have mod_rewrite installed and am on an apache 2 plesk setup. thanks in advance

    Ben, I suspect your problem is related to the fact that clicking on the “Archives” link in your sidebar it takes me to an address ending with archive.php. That filename might be in conflict with WP’s template file system: it is listed in the special file names list – those all have a special meaning to WP. See:
