[Plugin: Trackable Social Share Icons] Adding Social Media Icons to POST TITLE

On my site, I currently have my social media icons in the top part of the POST. I’m trying to get them ALIGNED LEFT in THE POST TITLE. For example (www.fangoria.com) for each post they have, they have sharing icons aligned with the post title. This is EXACTLY what im trying to get done.
Please help!
