[Plugin: Constant Contact for WordPress] Limit subscription to only one list

I’m using the form designer which seems not to be updating but I’ve worked around that for now. Now that the form is how I want it I’ve tested the subscription and it’s adding my test email address to all lists. How can I limit subscription to only one list?
