    I have a calendar with multiple categories. Each category has a page on which I want to show the first 3 entries for that category. If I set the maximum number of agenda items to 3 in the settings, it seems to apply the limit to the full list and then filter rather than the other way round.

    Example: in date order I have 10 events in categories A and B: A,B,A,B,A,B,A,B,A,B

    I would expect the top 3 for category A to filter and then truncate:
    A,B,A,B,A,B,A,B,A,B -> A,A,A,A,A -> A,A,A

    But it seems to truncate, then filter:
    A,B,A,B,A,B,A,B,A,B -> A,B,A -> A,A

    My site is still in development but the two pages are:
    Category 1
    Category 2
    Full calendar

    I should see 3 items on each page but I see a total of 3 on both pages

    Hi Martin,

    I see what you mean. I am going to add this to our “feature request list”, and hopefully this can be addressed by the dev team in an upcoming release.

    Thanks – I’m using a workaround for now with the calendar inside a scrolling div so that I can let the list be longer but only three items are visible

    Thanks, Martin. Glad you have found an interim solution.
