[Plugin: Fast Secure Contact Form] WP 3.4.1 issue with FSC form

When I updated my network to WP 3.4.1 I can no longer create or edit forms. The forms previously set up seem to be working ok but any new ones or changes I make to existing forms come back with an error message and none of the changes are saved.
