Built-In Backup, automated

WordPress is growing. In features but also in size and more and more used for very professional websites.
The number of hacks i have had and not survived despite having the latest WP is increasing and so is the work to rebuild the sites.

My question: can we get a backup, built into WP for both files (or the current XML export) and database ?
Automated so you schedule backups ?
Compresses to a directory on your server,
send it to Dropbox,
email it to an emailaddress or
unscheduled: download to your computer.

There is NO plugin that does this for both files and database.
I would sleep better !
