[Plugin: WP-Optimize] Warning: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL

There seems to be an issue with the plugin which I think started after I installed WordPress 3.4.1.
In the WP-Optimize admin section I get the following error “Warning: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in <website>/wp-optimize/wp-optimize-admin.php on line 367”
Anyone found a solution to that? Thanks in advance.
