[Plugin: Popup] Different behaviour in different browsers

I was able to adjust the size of the popup window.
It automatically adjusted the position of the popup in some browsers, but not others.
To see this behavior, check it out using Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and IE.
(It is centered in one, to the right in another, and off the right edge in Safari and Chrome:
