Updated to 3.4.1, getting Error 404 for admin page.

I updated to 3.4.1 today and immediately was locked out of my admin page. When I try to access it I receive a 404 error and am redirected here: https://southsudanngoforum.org/wp-admin/upgrade.php?_wp_http_referer=%2Fwp-admin%2Findex.php. My site is still accessible, but I cannot access the admin page at all.
Any ideas for the best way to solve this? Reinstall 3.4.1? Roll back to 3.4?
