[Plugin: Advanced Access Manager] Fatal Error: class 'SoapClient' not found & utf-8

  • Clear WP 3.4, no other plugins
    Installed on localhost
    Activation is ok
    but when you press on AWM Group link in admin panel you have very critical error

    Fatal error: Class ‘SoapClient’ not found in X:\home\mysite.loc\www\wp-content\plugins\advanced-access-manager\mvb_wp_access.php on line 143

    And i have issues with Russian utf-8 ?? in Access manager some likes this:

    please resave files in utf-8 no BOM! ??

    I hope this isn’t too late a reply. I had exactly the same issue. You have to ensure the PHP extension php_soap is running.

    If you’re running WAMP server you can do this by clicking on the WAMP logo in the system tray and clicking on PHP/PHP extensions/php_soap.

    That should fix it!
