How to make per-user post lists? / Imitate facebook "like" on-site

basically i want to imitate “like”-functionality on wordpress site.

i would like my users to have such lists: to-read, have-read-already, like. then users can add posts to such personal lists, best of all by using such urls as https://www.domain.com/blog/POST-ID/mark-to-read or …/POST-ID/mark-have-read
and i would like tose lists to be accessible on user pages – which posts person wants to read, has read or likes.
also i would like to be able to list under post – who liked it, who wants to read it later, who has read it already.

is it possible by using any plugin? how do i make urls work like actions?
