non compliant html

Hi peeps, I am having some problems validating my html https://andys.antonioborrillo.co.uk/wp/?page_id=12
HTML vlidator comes back with a few errors:
-not a valid doctype (apparently the doctype for my site is html5, so I will change it to html4 strict as I mentioned in a separate post)
-on this lines

there is an error saying something like “general entity ‘raquo’ not defined and no default entity”. Now, apparently this raquo is just an angled bracket, but it’s not on that line I am afraid, so I wonder if anybody has any idea at all
