Categories displayed differently

Hello!

I am wondering how (or if at all) I can change the way my categories display in my sidebar. I have removed the blogroll-list and the WP-linklist, and added my own in the index.php. Thel links look like this:

blah blah | yep yep | oh my |

and so forth…

I would like my categories to display the same way (no matter how they are ordered, that’s not important).

Help much appreciated! ??
