    I see that. Thanks for the screenshot; I’ll get to work on this issue.

    Hi Zack. Even with the update I couldn’t switch between forms. I used the clear all to remove everything I had done and made a new one but the ID doesn’t display correctly. I see this: https://prntscr.com/b5eiv But the only way to make it work is to enter the ID as 2.

    I’m having the same issue. I ended up editing the form output code in the database.

    I am having the same issue as well where the fields are extending beyond the confines of the box. I set the form width at 168px but the form is defaulting to about 200 px when on the page.

    Please let me know what to do to resolve this. Thanks.

    I also find in 3.4.1 that I cannot select the forms that I created, nor save the edits I’m making to forms, nor delete forms. (Safari) In Firefox for Mac, the tabs with the form names float off to the right of the form window and are equally unusable.

    I was having the same problem, but I was able to make it work. First I had my hosting company adding a script on the htaccess file.
    <IfModule mod_env.c>
    SetEnv MODSEC_ENABLE Off
    PassEnv MODSEC_ENABLE
    </IfModule>

    Not sure if the script made a difference or not…. but then I saw at the top (top right) a link that says “clear all forms”. So I cleared all forms and created a brand new one. Made the changes I needed to make ( colors, fields) saved it and checked the form on the web site and it is showing up just fine.

    Give it a try.

    Using WP 3.3.2 and Constant Contact API + Form Designer 2.3.9 – Changes to the form designer styles, backgrounds, and text colors appear temporarily, but revert to the default theme settings when you save form. Tried multiple browsers on both Win 7 and Mac 10.7 with same results. I spent quite a bit of time trying to style the Form designer to match theme colors. It appears to change background and title color, but it always reverts to the default theme colors when saving the form. Form shortcode can be embedded in a post or page and registration works, but appearance is unacceptable. I gave up on the form designer, and used the sidebar widget instead (which has its own problems.)

    I found the only way to get the changes you want is to do it right the first time. If you make a mistake, you need to clear all forms and start over. :-/

    *Would like to control which list the form data goes to.

    *Would like to know where to find the forms I created and named.

    *Would like to control where the user goes on form submission (so we can create a membership page that takes user info and then directs to our “page 2” with a paypal link that we’ll add.

    Hi Zack,
    Any luck on finding a fix for this issue? I spent several hours trying to create a simple form with this plugin yesterday, and was super frustrated with the inability to save, access or edit any of the forms I supposedly created.

    The tabs show up (as shown in hohlistic’s screenshot above), but they are not accessible nor editable. Was relieved to find this support forum thread – if only to discover that I’m not the only one experiencing this issue.

    Please advise! Thanks.

    I’m having the same problems. When I called Hostmonsters, my hosting service, they said they do not support the ModSecurity script. I’ve tried this in different browsers. The form does not show up in the form builder window. I hope you can get this to work because it seems very useful. thanks -ab

    Also having the same problem – form designs are not saved. I created 3 forms and tabs showed up momentarily at the top after I “saved” but then disappeared and the default form reappeared. When inserting a form into the widget it shows me a dropdown box with the form names I created but only the default form inserts and it reverts to “form 3” even if I select and save another one. I tried inventiva’s fix above but that did not work for me

    This plugin is definitely broken and needs serious attention from its designer. FAIL

    I had the same issue, ended up having to abandon (copied the widget code over to the body of a page and edited there — not ideal, but it worked).

    Hope this gets fixed soon.

    Same problem here: can’t save edited forms.

    Add me to the list of frustrated users of this plugin…it just does not work.

    I’ve found four threads saying basically the same thing. :\
