[Plugin: Contact Form 7] on_sent_ok Variable Location URL

Ok, so I had this working just 2 weeks ago. Then another developer jumped in and switched it. Now I don’t remember what I did to get it to work. What I think I did was this:
on_sent_ok: “location = ‘https://mysite.com/thank-you’+%5Bredirect%5D;”
Where [redirect] is one of the form fields. But, when I do that, and I submit the form, the page that it gets redirected to is (exactly):
https://mysite.com/thank-you%5Bobject%20HTMLInputElement%5D
Does anyone know what I need to know to get that dang thing to fill in correctly? Would be much appreciated as I’m wracking my brain and can’t figure it out!
