localhost/folder/localhost/folder/ redirect issue

I have moved a wp3.4 site from a my testserver to my local computer, changing all urls in the database from “https://xxx.dyndns.org/folder” to “localhost/folder”
Then all internal links to pages and posts, to adminarea and such are redirected to folder address like this:
localhost/folder/localhost/folder/?p=67

My theme is also not working, but I have no idea why, as long as I can’t access the admin-area. But the link to the css seems to be ok in the code from the frontpage, which displays–however without the style sheet.
