Front end page to manage and edit posts?

Is it possible – perhaps through some copying and pasting of code – to embed the backend post management screen into a frontend page that will be visible only to logged in users? I just need users to be able to view and edit their posts without having to go into (or see!) the backend. Simplicity and ease of use are the goals here!
