WordPress Pagination

Hi all!

I have created a member listing page from scratch, but now I would like to insert some pagination in there as the list is going on and on all the way to the bottom. can you please show me how to insert the simple default WordPress Navigation?

Note: I am using a template i.e straight php and I’m not really up for a plugin ??
