404 error -While clicking on any Post after Upgrate to 3.4

My site is https://www.servicenowdiary.comAfter the upgrade, When ever i click on any post, I get a 404 error.
They say its a permalink error. I don’t know where I need to change to get this working. Please help!Thanks!
