wp-admin/install.php

hi there, i just upgrade the wp 3.3.2 to 3.4.few days ago. And i tried to delete my tags which is over than 2000 tags. I want to delete all of them. And then what I did was change the screen setting from 20 tags to 100. And then, I click on name ( which is select 100 of them) and choose delete on drop down menu (bulk). I did it only couple of time. And after that it showed me: https://www.mysite.com/wp-admin/install.php all the time. Did somebody has the same prolem like me? What is the solution for this problem?
