[Plugin: User Access Manager] Sufusion Theme and HTML 5

I am using buddy press 1.5.4 and word press 3.3.1. The user access manager does not work with the sufusion theme. How have been told it is because the plugin probably isn’t fully HTML 5. It works for Sufusion theme 4.0.4 but not in theme version 4.2.0.
