Can't upload info onto site on Windows 7 laptop?

  • I operate two laptops, one is Windows XP and the other is Windows 7. I am having problems on the Windows 7 when it comes to uploading information onto the website. Is there some thing i need to do which will address this?

  • No. And with all due respect, this isn’t a WordPress issue. I have 3 win7 machines that are all used to access WordPress sites & upload media without any problem.

    Do you use a different browser on windows 7? Drag and Drop doesn’t work in IE, I think.

    Thank you for your response. I use the same browser on both machines. I can put all the information on to the page to edit or upload but when I press “upload” it disappears and does not save?

    Try using a different browser.
