Updated to 3.4. Can't Login to Admin Panel

I recently had issues upgrading to 3.4 from 3.2. I was able to upgrade to 3.4 by deactivating plugins one-by-one. I had the DB Reloaded Cache Fix plugin.

Last night, I know I was able to login to the admin panel but now, I can’t. I get a 500 Internal Server Error.

What I’ve done so far:
– deactivated plugins via phpmyadmin
– set the theme to Twenty-eleven
– copying wp-admin and wp-includes from a fresh install

i still can’t get in the admin panel. Need help badly.
